PSA = .3ng/mL OK range is 0-4.
This is good, especially with my Testosterone back up to normal.
Testosterone= 579ng/dL with greater than 261 being normal.
Hip joint (left side especially) is feeling better, aches less after 1 mile walks, I can run without feeling pounded in the hip.
Groin skin still gets to feeling 'sun-burny' if I don't put oil and Aloe Vera on it a couple of times a week.
Erection frequency is infrequent, though some of that may be due to the side effects of Prozac. I am taking a low dose of Prozac to reduce recent and first time severe anxiety. Several things may be responsible for this anxiety. Body threatening xrays, testosterone suppression and any associated hormone messy-ness, re-organizations at work, or sadnesses from unhappy events in the family last year.
Ultrasound scans of the prostate indicate a lot less blood flow in the cancer region than the extra supply noticed in earlier Ultrasounds done before and during treatment. This may mean less blood feeding the tumor; though this theory is still not fully verified clinically.
Looking at PSA non-recurring cancer percentage plots for my T2b stage cancer the graphs indicate it takes two years to be certain you have become one of the 80% who are tumor free for the next 15 or so years and not one of the 20% who have a recurrence.
SO THAT'S THE REPORT. LOOKS PROMISING EXCEPT FOR SEX.geoff fernald
