3 Years Later it's basically watching
the PSA chart.
7 November 2000
All has been normal since the last
report 2 years ago. My hip joint on the side of the prostate cancer
has hurt from time to time. I have to watch out for ejaculation
not occurring withing 48 hours of a PSA test to make sure it doesn't
go up 40% erroneously. Erectile function has been good. Still
not as good as the old days but works very nicely. We think we
have the best sex we'ver ever had.
The urologist doesn't really know what
the PSA is supposed to do since he knows more the surgical end
so I depend on my Oncologists advice for most questions.
I still feel xradiation was the best
for my condition. I think surgery is potentially a better candidate
for people who catch it significantly earlier, stay T1 staging
with lower gleason numbers.

if you want to talk anything over specifically.
